1. Data controller and contact

For data collected through this website, Promoking is the point of contact and data controller for website operations.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process identity/contact details you enter into forms, company and project information, product/quote selections, correspondence records, IP/device/browser information and consent preferences.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to quote and project requests, preparing offers and managing commercial communication.
• Operating, securing and improving the website.
• Meeting legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations where applicable.
• Consent-aware analytics and advertising measurement; optional cookie/storage use only where you have given consent.

Under Turkish data-protection law, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or explicit consent depending on the activity.

4. Service providers and international transfers

The site is hosted and served using infrastructure providers such as Netlify. Google Fonts resources may be requested for typography, which can transfer technical data such as IP addresses to Google servers. Contact via WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own terms. Google Analytics and Google Ads use Consent Mode: limited cookieless measurement signals may be processed before optional storage consent, while cookie-based analytics/advertising storage is enabled only according to your consent choice. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only with analytics consent. Processing may occur on servers outside Türkiye.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant business purpose, legal retention requirement, dispute period or consent-based activity. When the purpose ends, data is deleted, anonymised or archived where a legal obligation requires retention.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information about whether your data is processed, the purposes and recipients, correction or deletion where conditions are met, notification of corrections/deletions to recipients, objection to certain automated results and compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.

7. Cookies and consent

Google measurement tags operate with Consent Mode defaults and adjust storage behavior to your choice. Analytics and advertising cookies/storage are not enabled unless you grant the corresponding consent. Limited cookieless Google measurement may occur while storage is denied. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after analytics consent. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer at any time.
